OK guys so here is what is new with us. Barrett cut 3 molars last week bringing his teeth total to 11 with one left on bottom to come threw. It feels like it will be any day now. Ryan is doing well at work jsut smiling and dialing. I am busy keeping up with Barrett, laundry, house work and working out. To date I have lost 62lbs since the birth of Barrett, and still counting. Since Ryan was having alot of problems with his sleep apnea we got a new mattress and it is the best, it is a Serta memory foam mattress. To be honest when it was delivered it was in a tiny box and I didnt think a matress could be in there, then I opened it and the mattress was folded in half , rolled up like a buritto and vaccum sealed in a plastic bag. It was crazy! I will post Pice for you to see how crazy this is. When you see them it may not look that crazy but keep in mind this is a king size mattress. Hope you enjoy!

Life is Good

Well life good! Barrett is growing like a weed. He is now 23Lbs and has 10 teeth. He is having alot of fussy days because he is teething like crazy but it's good, a little childrens tylanol or Motrin and he is good as Gold. I finally got the Pics of his 1st b-day so I will post them here. Ryan is doing well at work and I am loving my Zumba classes and my daily run. Barrett now loves Mickey mouse and the super sluths, on Disney! I hope all of you are doing well and until next time take care. Let me know if you like the pics.

Barrett is walking!!!

Ok so things have been crazy around here the past week. It all started last thursday. Ryan and I were getting ready for bed and his left arm went numb then he started having chest pains and cold sweats he had me call 911 because he thought he was haveing a heart attack. We got to the ER at 9:45 and finally at 3am we were released, it was a stress enduced panick attack. (I have had one and OMG it does feel like you are going to die) Thank the Lord it was nothing major. The next day we were dropping Little man off at Ryan's parents house so that we could go the the coast for a weekend getaway with my parents and brother, and his girlfriend and we got a call from my Brother that my parents dog died. We got Brutus 2 weeks before I turned 16 so he was old but it was still sad. We finally got on the Road, and Had a great weekend. When we got home I walked into my in laws house and my baby boy, flashed me that huge smile I love so much and came walking over to me. I was so proud and happy. now he walks everywhere and is into everything. I promise I will post pics soon.

Barrett is 1

Well it has been a while since my last post. Since then Barrett has grown like a weed. He is now 1yr old, he has 7 teeth, 4 on top and 3 on bottom. He is 21lbs and 28 3/4" long. I will post pics next week after I get them developed, but he had a blast at his 1st b-day party. The Theme was sports, I made a cake that was a football surrounded by little baseballs and basketballs. All made from scratch might I add. We did let him dig in to one of the cakes by himself but it was funny he really wasnt interested in it. The next morning we flew to Vegas where we went to FAO Schwartz, walked the strip and had lots of fun in the Pool! It was a blast. Barrett is now saying all kinds of words, he stands by himself and walks if he is holding or pushing something. He does take a few steps unassisted but as soon as he realizes what he is doing or as soon as an adult starts watching him he quits. Smart little guy. Any way I will write more later, just wanted to give a quick update.

9 months and Easter update

I know it has been a while since I last posted anything but here is the update. Barrett turned 9 months on Mar 24, 09 I cant believe how time flys. He is getting so big now. At his check up he weighed 19.7 lbs and was 27 1/2 in long. He is now in the lower 25% for his height and weight but he sure doesnt look it. On Mar 31 he got his 3rd tooth it was on the top and then the nest day he got his 4th also on top. Barrett is now doig all kinds of big boy things. He has been standing and pulling up on things by himself for 2 months now. He will walk as long as he has something to hold on to, still shaky and afraid to venture out on his own yet. He says Hi, Mama, Dada, Bye Bye, Da Dog, Play and ummmm! His Fav thing to do is wrestle with Daisy and turn lights on and off when we hold him near one. Last Sat our church had an easter egg hunt for the kids and he had a blast. I cant believe that in just 3 months he will be 1 yr old. My how time flys!
